The Foie Gras in the Refrigerator is stalking me...

OK, after sucessfully figuring out how to make fois gras pate this past week (yay!)  I am now living with the consequences – the leftovers.  I hope that my husband eats it up quickly because I keep thinking about it.  I also have a dinner party to plan for tomorrow night for some friends, that should be diet friendly because all of us are watching our weight.  Hmmm… healthy.

Why is it that the high fat french food hits this visceral nerve of satisfaction that heart friendly cooking just doesn’t touch?
