Pecan-Pretzel Crusted Chicken

Absolutely THE most tasty chicken I think I’ve ever made. I found the recipe over here at Hungry Housewife, and cooked it for the boyfriend’s family. Let me tell you, I ruined the potatoes, and it didn’t even matter because this chicken was SO good. She crushed up the “breading” a little more than I did, which I would definitely do next time, though chunky tends to equal delicious in my book. I also baked it because I am afraid of pan frying in general, and it turned out really deliciously juicy. Enjoy!
