Chuckwagon Sallys Spicy Spinach

I made this today and it was great.

Saute one sliced red onion, one sliced red, orange and yellow pepper in one stick of unsalted butter and one quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil

Add one 16 ounce package of sliced mushrooms

Add two packages of frozen spinach and two tablespoons of Chuckwagon Sallys Wild West Seasoning

Cook until heated through

Add one cup of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and one cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese and cook until cheese is melted.

Serve with your favorite meat
