More looking back: Old photo of my house in Pittsburgh
Going through my old entries, I was quite the cook last year in Australia. It seems that I especially loved hot and spicy salad and stir-fry. Here on Kwajalein, I don’t get to cook much at all. Instead I mostly eat at the dining hall with my meal card. Maybe I will start using the kitchen to make a large weekly meal.
Unfortunately, I do have some older vegetables in my fridge to feed the sea turtles.
